What we've been up to

• raito: on vacation; mostly focuses on keeping horrors sane
• piegames: no lix for now; things have been on fire and they still are (unrelated to lix, "for a change ig")
• rootile: not too much neither, code reviews, triage issues which are coming in; will do the transcription this week (meeting notes)
• horrors: we tried to translate more libstore stuff, specifically the narinfo cache so we can maybe pull more cache infra; the CLs out there are mostly stalled on reviews

What are current urgencies?

• security issues [rootile]

• ensure that people can test the lix-xp1 protocol [raito]

Updating the governance structure on community team and governance advisors [piegames]

• update memberships of the community team
• keep the community team formalism as-is as we have been vaguely doing it
• update memberships of the governance advisor team

Marking lunaphied as inactive [raito]

• suggestion to declare lunaphied inactive from now on
• if no life sign in 3 months, move to removal by vote

Update security disclosure handling [piegames]

• piegames is offering help in terms of first-level triage of LLM security issues
• Put all of core team plus piegames on security@lix.systems [raito]
  • But raito and piegames are owning that things get processed
• Manually forward & pretriage all incoming reports into Zulip #security channel for discussion
